it's fall

i woke up and decided i needed to make a vision board.

i’m feeling the new energy. fall. the leaves are falling. well, some of them are.

some are still green

some are in the in between stage- half green, half yellow or orange or red

then there are the stunners - fully red, fully, orange, fully yellow. burning so brightly.

then the wind shakes and rustles them as they fall onto the ground.

i think about how beautiful and magical and transformational this process is.

i’ve seen them all summer, abundant, growing out of control, green thick, branches.

now fall - like natures candy, it is magical to watch them as they die.

i hope it is just as magical when I die too.

i think about the parts inside of me that are currently dying. i think about all the shaking and releasing i am also doing. i think about what i am letting go of, releasing, watching it fall, fall to the ground.
